How to Buy USPB Units or Lease USPB Delivery Rights

U.S. Premium Beef's stock offering closed on January 23, 1998. However, normal business attrition means there are times when units may be available for sale from individual unitholders. USPB maintains a “Buyers” list which producers interested in purchasing units can be placed on to be contacted when units become available for sale.

Our unitholders also occasionally have excess delivery rights they make available to USPB to lease to other producers. You can also lease delivery rights directly from a unitholder who may be your custom feedlot, seedstock breeder, or a fellow producer. Some feed companies and feed distributors may also offer delivery rights together with their products and services.

Please contact Tracy Thomas at the USPB Kansas City office (866-877-2525) for information on how you can locate unitholders with units for sale or delivery rights to lease.
